1^st layer -Facestock

It is a highly water -soluble paper .Coated with the dissolvable adhesive ,the label disappears in seconds under running water .Leaves no residue on the container.Can be printed with water and solvent-based inks.Must be kept wrapped until use.

Notes

For the shelf life of dissolvable labels -6months from date of raw material leaving US factory. when stored in polythylene wrap at 70F (21C)and 50% RH.

Dissolvable paper is extremely sensitive to relative humidity and temperature.

Exposure to environmental conditions other than recommended will accelerate facestock shrinkage or liner growth.

2^nd layer-Ashesive

A water dissolvable adhesive .It adheres to ,and washes away from ,many substrates including most plastic,stainless steel and glass .Combined with the dissolvable facer,the label disappears in 30senconds ,can be used with other face stocks.

3^rd Layer-Liner

A white densified kraft sheet with excellent point to point caliper control.

Notes

The labels and adhesive easily dissolve in water in less than 30 seconds.

They are also microwave safe and can withstand temperatures from -40C to +93C.
